		<description>You made me choke on my coffee- lol! Yep, we've all met 'consultants' and 'experts' who wouldn't last 5 minutes in a 'challenging' classroom. 
The thing I love about blogging is that it flattened those hierarchies. I reserve my respect for those who 'do', those who understand that the classroom is a complex adaptive system where the connection between theory and practice is often tenuous and those who 'get' the importance of facilitating the making of connections both between teachers and pupils.</description>
